Dear Companists,

In our last update, we have already mentioned some of our strong marketing partners for the theatrical release of WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN. We are now pleased to tell you that we will be able to integrate additional partners into our marketing campaign, for instance Titus, Urbanears, Obey, Blutsgeschwister, Held Vodka, Berliner Brandstifter, The Liquor Company, Raubtierbrause, Sonoro, Sylvia Heise, and Orderbird. As a result, the nationwide marketing campaign (consisting of cross-media and guerilla marketing) for our movie will be supported by another extensive network of partners.

Press

Barnaby Metschurat, one of the leading actors of WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN and winner of the Bavarian movie award, recently appeared on the German TV show ZIBB and talked about our movie and our Companisto campaign in detail. The show reached an excellent audience share. You may access the video here (German only):

As our actors are very popular, we have received numerous interview requests from print media and TV stations. The day of the theatrical launch is THE single most important event for a movie. In all of our PR activities, which for the sake of a simple definition include all unpaid activities and all paid marketing activities here, we are focusing on this very date. Consequently, we are currently neither publishing much information about the movie nor actively performing significant marketing activities. Indeed, advertising for a movie should not start too early in order not to make the movie seem outdated when it is finally released. Our network is ready, but we will not fully integrate it into the marketing campaign until immediately before the theatrical release.

Best regards,

The WMÜFR team – Björn and Henrik

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
