Dear Companists,

We are pleased to tell you that we have been invited to attend the Final Pitch Day of the ProSiebenSat1 Accelerator program in Berlin on 4 August 2015. To make it to this final round, we had to win against 300 strong competitors, and we are now one of the 20 remaining start-ups competing for the five slots available in the program in 2015.

The accelerator program will start in September and include a TV advertising volume worth €500,000 for all stations of ProSiebenSat.1 group (ProSieben, SAT.1, kabel eins, sixx, SAT.1 Gold, and ProSieben MAXX), which have a reach of more than 40 million viewers, and €25,000 in cash investment (that may be used, for instance, to produce a TV commercial).

This package will be provided as a convertible loan valuated at €175,000, which will be converted into equity under the terms of the investor participating in a subsequent financing round.

The program is supported by an exclusive network of venture capitalists (Lakestar, e.ventures, Earlybird, b-to-v, and Holtzbrinck Ventures). These VCs are part of the jury and will support start-ups through their networks and mentoring activities.

The program also includes support by internal and external experts during the development of a TV campaign and of online marketing activities.

This year, the ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator program targets specifically those companies that have already reached the proof-of-concept stage and are now at the growth stage.

The very positive financial effect of our TV appearance on "Die Höhle der Löwen" [Dragons' Den] and on the ProSieben show Galileo has already shown that our business model is very suitable for TV. In addition, the media deal has very fair terms and conditions so that we will do everything we can during our presentation to be chosen for the program.

The final decision about the 5 start-ups for the accelerator program will be made on 6 August 2015.

Best regards,

Alexander

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
