RETURBO Is Joined by New Advisor, Provides Look behind the Scenes, and Hosts Live Webcast

Dear Companists,

Thanks very much for your confidence and your numerous investments!

Prominent Advisory Board

We are pleased to announce that we have found a very prominent member for our advisory board; Archibald Horlitz, founder and former CEO of retail chain Gravis (, now serves as an advisor to RETURBO.

Archibald Horlitz has long experience developing and managing retail companies and is thus familiar with the challenges that customer returns pose to retailers and manufacturers. For instance, he turned Gravis AG into one of the largest independent sellers of Apple products (with 45 branches and roughly 660 employees) and eventually sold the company to Germany's largest independent cell phone provider mobilcom-debitel. "After many years of collaboration, I am now looking forward to supporting RETURBO in preparing for major customers' needs," Horlitz says.

We are very glad that Archibald has joined us and are looking forward to working with him.

Behind the Scenes of RETURBO

As we have received very positive feedback on our video for the campaign launch and many people have contacted us about our logistics center, we have come up with an idea: We will give Companists a tour of our logistics center and enable them to look behind the scenes of RETURBO. For this purpose, we would like to invite our investors to visit us and have a look at our headquarters. While doing so, you may get to know us and our huge logistics center and get a better idea of what we are doing.

If you are interested, please post a comment below or send us a brief email to We will then draw the winners. All Companists who will not be able to look behind the scenes themselves may still watch the event because we will also post a video of it on Companisto.

Save the Date! RETURBO Webcast with the Management

All potential and existing investors of RETURBO will also be able to ask our CEO Simon Schmid and our CFO Thomas Notemann their questions during an interactive live webcast at 7 p.m. CEST on 20 August 2015. Please send your questions for the live webcast to or post them below this update. We will later provide you with the URL of the live webcast in an update on Companisto.

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
