Returbo Presents New Rewards, Live Webcast, and Look Behind the Scenes

Dear Companists,

We hope you are enjoying the summer and wish you a nice rest of the summer and a nice vacation (if you are going anywhere)!

We have the following news for you:

Save the Date! RETURBO Webcast at 7 p.m. CEST on 26 August 2015

Last week, we announced that our live webcast with CEO Simon Schmid and CFO Thomas Notemann would take place at 7 p.m. on 20 August 2015. However, as many of you told us that they cannot make this date because of the summer holidays, we have decided to switch the date to 26 August 2015 (7 p.m. CEST).

Please send your questions for the live webcast to

The live webcast will be availabe at

A Look behind the Scenes of RETURBO

We are still inviting interested investors to participate in our tour of the RETURBO logistics center (hosted by RETURBO CEO Simon Schmid) and to look behind the scenes of RETURBO in Berlin. This is a great opportunity to meet us and see how RETURBO works!

If you want to participate in our lottery for the tour, please send us an email to or post a comment below this update. We will then draw the lucky winners. All Companists who will not be able to look behind the scenes themselves may still watch the event because we will also post a video of it on Companisto. We are looking forward to your feedback and will gladly answer your questions.

New Rewards for €300 and €750

As demand for our rewards has been very high and as some of these rewards are no longer available, we are now offering new rewards for investments of €300 and €750.

• For investments of €300 or more: €10 voucher and 3 lottery tickets (200 rewards available)

• For investments of €750.00 or more: €25 voucher and 7 lottery tickets (100 rewards available)

If you invested €300 or €750 in the past, you will also get the new rewards.

Best regards,
Simon & the RETURBO team

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
