WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN

Dear Companists,

Four exciting and successful months will soon be over. We are very pleased that we have excellent news during this final phase of our campaign.

We are currently in intense negotiations with NFP marketing & distribution GmbH, which plans to release our movie with a three-digit number of copies in spring 2016. NFP has already marketed movies such as "Stromberg" and "Millennium Trilogie" successfully.

In addition to this good piece of news, we are also pleased about our successful campaign. After a superb campaign launch on Companisto, during which we received investments of €140,350 within the first 24 hours, we reached additional milestones that we would like to mention here once again:

Milestone 1: Successful producer Douglas Welbat joined our movie project as an advisor for the areas of marketing and release. Because of his in-depth knowledge of the current market situation and his long-term personal relationship with decision-makers from the industry, Douglas has been contributing valuable expertise to our team.

Milestone 2: As early as four weeks after our campaign launch, we were able to guarantee a theatrical release of the movie with at least 30 copies because we had already received €260,000 then. Thanks to the media attention our completely filmed and edited movie received because of its cast, the movie soon attracted various movie distributors' interest.

Milestone 3: The marketing and market value of WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN have also benefited from the fact that one of our leading actors, Frederick Lau, was nominated for and later awarded the Deutscher Filmpreis [German movie award] 2015 for the best male lead in "Victoria."

Milestone 4: In our last two updates, we presented numerous renowned companies, such as ASTRA, car2go, and Replay, to you, which will support the official marketing campaign for our movie's release through additional activities (cross-media and guerilla marketing).

At this point, we would again like to thank you very much for your confidence and for your helpful suggestions that we discussed with you in the forum. We are looking forward to the final phase of our campaign and to meeting you in cinemas soon!

The WMÜFR-Team – Björn and Henrik

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
