RETURBO Announces Additional Renowned Partners

Dear Companists,

We are proud to announce that we have attracted various renowned partners since our campaign launch, which we will provide with secondary market services in the future.

We would like to introduce some of these partners in today's update in order to give you a better idea of the vast variety of our partners and our tasks. Our interesting and diverse partners include, for instance, Brilliant AG, Deluxe Distribution, and skandika outdoor & fitness.

Brilliant AG

Brilliant AG is a manufacturer of light fixtures and lamps headquartered in the German state of Lower Saxony and was founded in Gnarrenburg in 1951. The company sells light fixtures for indoor and outdoor use, lamps, and POS concepts. In 2014, Brilliant generated €68 million in revenues and had approximately 260 employees.

Here's what Brilliant said about our partnership:

"Our product range is subject to frequent changes due to color and material trends and the technological progress caused by LEDs. We had been searching for a reliable and competent partner to help us market overstock and discontinued products for a long time before we finally discovered Returbo."

Deluxe Distribution

Deluxe Distribution from Berlin is a distribution company focusing on fashion. The company offers various national and international fashion companies (e.g., Ben Sherman Footwear, Minimum, etc.) a comprehensive service portfolio, thus helping these companies expand at the national and European level.

"We are looking forward to collaborating with Returbo in the future because we think there is a lot of potential for the simplification of certain tasks," says Deluxe Distribution CEO Ilya Morgan.

Skandika outdoor & fitness

Skandika is a brand for fitness and outdoor enthusiasts and has a large product portfolio that ranges from large tents for family vacations to gym machines for sports enthusiasts. The company is selling its high-quality products at low prices and has been successful on the market for several years. Here's what managing director Jürgen Schüring said about our partnership:

"We at Skandika are glad to have found such a smart partner with an excellent network that helps us access new sales channels and develop our business."

We are looking forward to successfully collaborating with our new partners.

Best regards from Berlin,

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
