Dear Companists,

We would like to inform you about two events this week. On 17 September, we will unveil our DONNA art edition in Munich. On 18 September, we will celebrate the start of our partnership with BoConcept Regensburg by means of a vernissage.

DONNA Art Edition

In collaboration with DONNA magazine, Pablo & Paul is presenting a new art edition by Heidi Sill. We are inviting you to join this presentation of DONNA art edition. This edition consists of four high-quality fine art prints in a limited edition of 75 copies each. On 17 September, the artworks will be presented to the public for the first time. In this way, we want to enable our customers and readers of DONNA to get in touch with the works of international artist Heidi Sill and to purchase them. In addition to the limited edition, we will show unique works by the artist. During a discussion, she will also provide us with very personal insights into her work. Finally, if you purchase any of the artworks during the event, you may have them signed with a dedication by Heidi Sill. Please register for this event in order to have access to the exclusive catering. Donna Magazine

Pablo & Paul in Regensburg

From 18 September, Pablo & Paul will be collaborating with BoConcept in Regensburg (Schwarze-Bären-Strasse 8). We are inviting you to celebrate this new partnership in Regensburg with a first vernissage on Friday, 18 September (from 6 p.m.). In Regensburg, Pablo & Paul will present works by three different artists: photographs by Eveline Kooijman and paintings by Rayk Amelang and Richard Wurm. Feel free to join us for this event and to experience contemporary art, design furniture, and home accessories. BoConcept Store Regensburg

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
