Dear Companists,

Thanks to the roughly €130,000 you have already invested in WEMOVO, we have reached our funding threshold. Therefore, we, Elon and Matthias, would like to thank all of you very much for your investment! In this update, we would like to tell you what we plan to do with your investments, where we are looking for new customers, and who has recently become our customer. Enjoy reading the update!

Expansion of Sales Team

We are glad to have extended our campaign by another 60 days and are now focusing on our investment target of €250,000. To raise this amount, we need your help. Having reached the funding threshold, we have already started recruiting new sales staff. In doing so, we want to increase our capacity in order to be more active in European countries other than Germany. Our goal is to create a sales team based on the total Companisto investment that will support us founders in our daily acquisition work.

New Coach Operators Become Partners

Indeed, we really need support in our daily work because we can announce additional new customers this week. To be more precise, we have convinced two new partners from Kosovo and Croatia of our products. The Croatian company will be particularly important for our further expansion in the Balkans, and this new partnership shows that our products work well for the market in the Balkans.

World Travel Market in London

This Tuesday, Elon and Matthias are attending World Travel Market in London

in order to meet potential customers and partners. At this trade show, we will focus primarily on potential partners within our target markets. In our next update, we will inform you about the results of our visit to World Travel Market.

Best regards,
The WEMOVO team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
