TradeMachines Investment Update & New Partners

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

With your help, we surpassed the investment threshold of €100,000 just a few hours after we launched our equity crowdfunding campaign. In total, we raised more than €165,000 within our campaign's first three days. Now (after six days) we have already surpassed €200,000. This is an excellent start, so thanks very much for your confidence in TradeMachines!

We are pleased about the excellent start of our campaign and the great feedback we are getting from you Companists, but there is even more news we would like to share with you.

TradeMachines Campaign Launch on Companisto

Renowned New Partners for TradeMachines

We are collaborating with international auctioneers and dealers to provide our users with the most comprehensive offer of used machines. Consequently, we are pleased to announce four new partnerships with leading companies.

Indeed, leading industrial auctioneers Branford Group, H&I Auctions, and ZehBra GmbH have also started listing their industrial products on TradeMachines. Branford Group has more than 20 years of experience in the area of industrial auctions and is one of the most relevant and largest auctioneers for used machines worldwide. Hosting two major auctions in Europe per month on average, Branford is also a strong partner in terms of the products offered.

Moreover, WMW AG, a machine dealer that has been successful within the market for 25 years, has become our partner. This dealer's large range of used machines is now also available on TradeMachines.

More and More Used Machine Sellers Trust in TradeMachines

Thanks to our new partners, the number of used machines on TradeMachines has increased to over 112,000. We have also noticed than an increasing number of leading used machine sellers are using our services to increase the number of potential buyers on their platforms.

Regular customer feedback, for instance from Surplex ("as early as in the first week, we noticed some six-digit bids from users referred by TradeMachines"), proves that our work is worth doing and keeps motivating us.

Best regards,

The TradeMachines team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
