Fivefold Increase in TripRebel Visitors Since Campaign Launch

Dear Companists,

First of all, we would like to thank you for an excellent campaign launch. Before our campaign launch, we could only speculate that we would easily raise over €100,000 within the first 12 hours while having a beer after work.

In fact, our goal for the first day was €60,000, and we more or less locked ourselves in our office with only bread and water before the campaign in order to prepare for the launch and to activate our network. Consequently, we were stunned and drank to our campaign's success (with glasses full of water) at 3 p.m. on 1 December. Of course, nobody had thought of buying champagne.

We are always glad when you tell us that our website is precisely what you have always been looking for. This is precisely the thing many of you have told us, and we are already looking forward to finding a good bargain for your next vacation. In other words, it seems that we can not only bank on our existing network of rebels, but we have also struck a chord with the Companists.

Satisfied Customers Invest

Moreover, many people who had already been our customers and had been using our product frequently took the chance to become our investors as well. We are particularly pleased about this because it proves that our customers not only use our product but also believe in it and want to participate in its development. To us, this is a wonderful sign of people's confidence.

Media Coverage

Even before the launch of our campaign, Focus, Yahoo.de, and business travel magazine fvw.de published articles about it. When we got the first interview requests, we noticed that our impressive campaign launch had attracted quite some attention. You can find the first of these interviews in the blog of our strong supporter Hamburg Startups. In addition, we gave interviews to European crowdfunding guide "HelpTheCrowd" from Amsterdam, to German stock magazine "Der Aktionär," and to Crowdfundinsider.

Number of Website Visits Increases Fivefold

Much attention from the press and visits by interested Companists caused the number of visitors to our website to increase significantly. Over the last few days, we saw up to five times as many visitors as before, and we expect this to lead to an increase in bookings over the next few days and weeks.

High Customer Satisfaction Rates Still on the Rise

We are also pleased to provide you with an update on our Net Promoter Score, that is, on our customer satisfaction rate. Last month, the average score increased from 57 to 73. Even though we had already distinguished ourselves from other companies in the industry (e.g., Booking.com [Net Promoter Score of 25], TripAdvisor [score of 29]) before because of our highly praised personal customer service, this very recent increase has shown us that we have additional potential. Last month, we worked hard on improving our product, especially on increasing the number of price reductions and upgrades found and on communicating these things to our customers. As these recent changes have had such a positive effect on customer satisfaction, we are optimistic that we have followed the right approach.

Therefore, we are also looking forward to the other things we will be able to announce during our campaign.

Keep rebelling!

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
