Dear Companists,

Even though things have quietened down around us after the successful campaign launch we are still working hard on the development of MODINICE behind the scenes.

MODINICE: two stands at CeBIT

The CeBIT (14 - 18 March 2016) is one of the most important and largest events in the IT sector. Each year, the trade show registers a huge number of visitors and exhibitors making it one of the most important events ever. MODINICE will be attending the CeBIT for the first time this year and hopes to make important contacts in the sector. The MODINICE stand is located in the separate reseller area in hall 15 as this is where system integrators and resellers have been meeting for years. In addition, MODINICE was also approved for the stand promoted by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) - it can be found in hall 11.

Live interview and MODINICE M1 raffle on CRN TV studio stage

The transparent CRN office is the control center of CeBIT Planter Reseller's premium media partner. This is where the Who's Who of ICT trade meets. New trends, technologies and sales concepts from the perspective of ICT trade are discussed in the CRN TV studio. In trade journal CRN's TV studio, managing directors of notable manufacturers, distributors and system houses are interviewed by CRN and present their strategies on how specialist trade can position itself in the development and operation of promising ICT infrastructure. On Monday, 14 March 2016 at 12pm, there will be an interview with our managing director Mike Finckh as well as a MODINICE M1 raffle on the stage of the CRN TV studio.

Online shop almost finalized

Our online shop is almost ready and will be completed within the next few days. The shop will go live on the same day as we begin delivering the mass-produced MODINICE M1 in order to finally keep up with all the orders.

WWe are looking forward to welcoming many visitors at the CeBIT and are happy to answer any questions,

Your MODINICE team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
