Hundemaxx Launches Highly Successful Social Media Campaign

Public

Dear Companists,

Our equity crowdfunding campaign has been running for a month, and the feedback we are getting is still overwhelmingly positive. Your numerous investments and your confidence have convinced us that the decision to shape Hundemaxx's colorful and successful long-term future together with you has been the right one.

For our first major Facebook campaign, we have decided to organize a dog photo shoot in combination with a lottery and a discount campaign.

All participants of this campaign get a discount of up to 30 % in our stores and simultaneously participate in a lottery with prices worth a total of €1,000. The campaign is particularly interesting to dog fans because all of these people feel they have the most beautiful dog and want the Facebook community to confirm this feeling. Therefore, they motivate all of their friends and acquaintances and other dog owners to like their picture in order to win the first prize.

As there is a community consisting of more than 100,000 dog fans in the regions around our stores, over 200 dog models have already visited us and posted their photo during the campaign's first two weeks. At the same time, the number of Hundemaxx fans on Facebook has increased sharply.

The campaign has already become our most popular post of all time, and it will continue until the end of April. We are curious to see how many participants there will be at the end. Each day, we are working on new and innovative ideas to increase our reach and performance and to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves.

In fact, we have already started realizing the first stage of our plans with the help of the Companists' investment:

  • We have chosen an advertising agency that will visually redesign our brand until late March.
  • We have commissioned an Internet agency to redesign our online store and our website.

We look forward to realizing our remaining plans with your help!

Best regards,

The Hundemaxx team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
