Hundemaxx Reaches Funding Goal before Scheduled End of Campaign – Overfunding Possible!

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

Wow! We have already reached our funding goal before the scheduled end of our campaign. Thank you very much for your feedback, your critical questions, and your confidence! Our Companisto campaign has been an exciting journey, both for you and for us. We are very happy that we have taken this step, and we have continued to make progress.

The advertising agency

…has discovered our brand essence and has helped us define the Hundemaxx philosophy more clearly. Indeed, our brand's imagery will become warmer, include new earth tones, and move away from the aggressive black and red colors and the hard block capitals. Moreover, a new claim will focus on our core competence of dogs. The font will also change, but people will still be able to recognize it. We will soon provide you with more information on this.

The web agency

…is busy working for us. We have also held intensive workshops with this agency. Furthermore, the agency will use our new colors and make our website neater and more usable. Icons with clear images and colors will help customers orient, both in our stores and on our website.

The Hundemaxx team

…is still highly motivated ;-) We all look forward to our new media – Hundemaxx-News and Hundemaxx-Newsletter – and, most importantly, to our new team apparel in a different style.

Katzemaxx

…also continues to exist. In fact, Katzemaxx is getting its own advertising profile with a Katzemaxx logo.

There is still much work to do and so much potential in our company. This is just the beginning; our next steps will be quality management, marketing, employee training, renovation of our Nuremberg market, and preparations for scalability.

We look forward to also realizing level III of our investment plan (€600,000) with your help.

Best,

Kerstin Auschra (Hundemaxx COO)

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
