Dear Companists,

We are very pleased about the successful launch of our Companisto campaign. First of all, we want to thank for the encouragement, your feedback and of course for placing your trust, and you investments, in our business model! Since our campaign launch on 26 July 2016, the Companists have invested roughly 60,000 euros in homefort. This means that we reached almost 60% of our investment threshold in the first week.

Very positive development since launch of crowdfunding campaign

But homefort also has other great news to share. Since the launch of the campaign, the number of visitors to our website has skyrocketed. The number of unique users has increased by a phenomenal 200%. In addition, our leads have also massively increased: We are now receiving an unbelievable 1000% more leads via our homepage than just a week ago. This incredible result is most likely due to the fact that homefort was mainly known in the Saarland prior to the campaign.

We are very happy that public awareness of our company has increased so rapidly! We are receiving daily inquiries from nearby foreign countries, such as Austria and Switzerland, asking us when we will be providing our services in the respective countries. And the most important aspect: We have already acquired new customers that found out about homefort through Companisto. We consider it very important that you, dear Companists, like the homefort concept.

Media attention and numerous cooperation inquiries

In addition to the strong increase in users, the Companisto campaign has had further positive effects. We are very pleased about the publicity generated through the Companisto campaign: Tagesspiegel online, for example, reported on our crowdfunding campaign and following a comprehensive analysis, smarthomewelt.de gave us a positive rating. Furthermore, Oliver was interviewed by the radio station bigFM Saarland. And finally, we have received a large number of cooperation inquiries!

In our overview, we informed the Companists that homefort was looking for independent advisors and sales agents to sell our services. We received many interesting inquiries and tips! We were contacted by real estate agents, insurance agents and financial service providers, who all praised the homefort concept. We will be developing numerous partnerships with strong partners in the next weeks and months.

After this turbulent and successful week, we are now even more convinced that homefort will soon be the top provider of smart home security systems in Germany.

Best regards,

Your team homefort

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
