Cringle - meet us at the Start-Up Night

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

Deutsche Telekom's Start-Up Night will take place on 03 September. This is not only another great opportunity for us to present Cringle to a large audience, but also enables interested parties to meet us in person.

Continuing last year's success

We already participated in last year's Start-Up Night and attracted quite a lot of attention.
On the one hand, we have our beautiful stand and our amazing team, who spent all night enthusiastically presenting Cringle to visitors, to thank for this. On the other hand, we also dug deep into our bag of tricks to attract additional attention.

With Cringle, you can send money to any cell phone number in only a matter of seconds. We used this advantage to send anyone who was interested in Cringle €1 via the app. The visitors were thrilled by how simply it worked, which resulted in the acquisition of many new users that night. Due to this success, we decided to repeat the campaign this year. And as you might remember from Update #4, transactions are now effected more rapidly, which will make the experience even better for the visitors!

But we did not spend the entire Start-Up Night at our stand last year. We made the best of the heavyweight round, which included Frank Thelen and Timotheus Höttgens, for a guerilla marketing campaign. Before I try to explain or describe the situation, it might be best if you saw for yourself:

We are looking forward to your visit

This year's Start-Up Night will, once again, take place in many different locations. Due to the major success, a new location has been added: the atrium at Deutsche Bank.

And this is precisely where you will find us:

Deutsche Bank Atrium
Unter den Linden 13/15 (entry on Charlottenstraße)
10117 Berlin

The various locations are open to the public between 5pm and 12am. Tickets for the Start-Up Night can be purchased here: http://www.startupnight.de/tickets.html

We look forward to meeting you and hope you all have a good and successful week!

Best regards,

Malte

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
