Dear Companists,

Again, we would like to thank you very much for your support! Until 26 October 2016, you still have the opportunity to invest in our company. Today, we would like to provide you with the past two weeks' news and tell you about our current projects.

homefort Keeps Growing – and So Does the Team

Because of high demand for counseling, we have hired a new member for the homefort team. Therefore, we would like to introduce you to David Goldman, who will take over the areas of internal sales and counseling.

David is 49 years old and was born in Russia. After his studies in computer sciences, he moved to the Belarusian capital of Minsk. In 2001, he then moved to Germany for private and job-related reasons. Today, he lives in Saarbrücken with his wife and daughter.

A graduate in philology, David has an unusual hobby: He is a writer and has published several science-fiction novels in Russia under a pseudonym. Welcome to the homefort team, David!

Media Attention

We are pleased about the media attention that homefort is still receiving thanks to its Companisto campaign. For instance, Wirtschaftswoche Gründer featured homefort and our Companisto campaign on 06 October. Moreover, the October issue of DIE NEWS, the magazine for family businesses contains a large article about us with the headline of "Living Safely." Finally, renovation guide RENOVIEREN+Energiesparen XXL explicitly recommended us to its readers in its most recent issue.

Visit Us at DKM in Dortmund!

In precisely two weeks, DKM, a trade fair for the financial and insurance sector, opens its doors once again. This trade fair is an annual gathering of roughly 17,000 professionals in Dortmund, where these people discuss industry-related issues and news. This time, homefort is participating in DKM as a co-exhibitor of our partner MAKLERKONZEPTE. This counseling company from Hamburg supports financial service providers in choosing software solutions and in developing new business models.

Dear Companists, we would be glad if you visited us at stand E06 in hall 4 of DKM! We will present our products there and would love to meet you personally.

As always, you can find the latest homefort news on social networks. Just visit us on Facebook and Twitter.

Best regards,

Team homefort

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
