Bier-Deluxe starts sweepstakes for for Companists.

Dear Companists,

Our increased efficiency in online marketing has born more fruit: compared to last week, we were able to increase our revenue by a total of 27.5%. The figures look even better for our online marketing channels: 35% more revenue was generated through our paid search efforts (paid advertisements on serach engines). Our organic search figures (search results without help from paid ads) recorded a revenue increase of more than 32%. 33% of our revenue was achieved via direct hits to our website and 31% of it was made through partner/affiliate programs. This resulted in a 39% increase of our conversion rate.

Update on Bier-Deluxe's Companisto campaign

We're pleased to announce that we're receiving new Companisto Investments every day and currently have collected EUR 167,215 from over 385 Companists.  We look forward to further investments in the coming days as we optimistically enter the final stretch of our campaign.

What else is new with Bier-Deluxe?

Our customers have taken to our craft beer Christmas package.  After having expanded our selection, we've also recently began to offer special brewing sets for brewing different kinds of beer at home.

Last Tuesday, the magazine for news on business and sales topics, Vertriebs Manager, reported on Bier-Deluxe.

Our Christmas sweepstakes

This coming Monday, we're hosting an online raffle for all Companists that invest in Bier-Deluxe by Sunday, 18 December. Winners will receive 10 Craft Beer packages. One raffle ticket is given out for every EUR 5 investment. Multiple winners aren't allowed and those whose tickets are drawn will find out on Monday through our investor relations area.

Craft Beer Wiki

In the fourth and final part of our video series, "Beer Lights", I'll be introducing you once again to our Craft Beer of the Week, "Porter" by the Berlin brewery, BRLO.

And just like every week, here are a few fun facts regarding the topic of craft beer:

  • Beer's color is determined by its malt content.  The more malt a beer contains, the darker it looks.
  • The oldest written recipe for brewing beer is over 5,000 years old and was carved into a stone tablet.
  •  The longest continuously-operating brewery in the world was founded in Weihenstephan near Munich in 1040 C.E.

Best regards,

Christoph from Bier-Deluxe

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
