Dear companists,

We are pleased to inform you that, in Alphabet Germany, we have succeeded in winning yet another client. The management of the company, which is one of the leading German leasing and full-service providers with innovative business mobility solutions for vehicles of all marques was convinced by Cogia's portfolio. Without delay, Cogia intelligence will now be supporting Alphabet Germany with its innovative technologies and high-quality services in the area of "customer satisfaction". The commission includes implementation in up to eight countries and will run for five years.

“Since Cogia GmbH actually launched its activities with contracts from the automotive industry, we are particularly happy that a company like Alphabet Germany has been gained as a new client. We are looking forward to the challenges facing us and the upcoming long-term cooperation," says Pascal Lauria, managing director of Cogia Intelligence.

About Alphabet

Alphabet is one of the leading German leasing and full-service provides for vehicles of all marques. As an All-Brand-Captive, Alphabet develops holistic corporate mobility products and services, independently of manufacturers. In addition to providing individual advice and financing, the service provider also offers innovative Business Mobility solutions: AlphaElectric brings a comprehensive electric mobility package into the fold. AlphaCity is the first lease-based corporate carsharing scheme, which, in the form of corporate e-car sharing, is also available in combination with electric vehicles. The free app, AlphaGuide, serves as a personal mobility consultant for those on-the-go. With seven offices, Alphabet is there for its customers nationwide. The company, which was founded in the UK in 10997, currently manages more than 600,000 vehicles and light commercial vehicles in 18 countries, including over 143,000 in Germany. As a company of the BMWGroup, Alphabet meets the same high quality and process standards as its parent company. The headquarters are located in Munich. You can find more information at alphabet.de.

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
