Headed towards a successful future together with Holmes Places and Kerkoc

Dear Companists,

A new week, a new partnership – FitW has been up to a lot in the offline world. Through TV appearances and on-site instruction courses, the FitW team was able to convince new partners of our vision. And while we inform you on this development, we’d also like to thank you for your keen interest in FitW!

Every week something new: More powerful partnerships

By adding the Austrian family business, Kerkoc, FitW has gained another strong partner. With 70 years of experience in creating orthopedic and medical products, Kerkoc has been able to make a name for itself within the industry. The FitW is now available at Kerkoc locations. But there’s more: We’re planning further joint projects and events! We’ll make sure to let you know as soon as more concrete information on the topic becomes available.

In addition to Kerkoc, last week we were also able to add another strong partner: The fitness and wellness club chain, Holmes Place. With 90 locations and 320,000 members, Holmes Place is one of the most successful, exclusive fitness clubs in Europe. Members are already busy training with the FitW at the health club chain’s Vienna location – and it’s also for sale there as well. We’re well under way to making sure that Vienna doesn’t remain the only Holmes Place site where this is possible.

TV appearance: 2 Minuten 2 Millionen and Puls4 Frühstücksfernsehen (morning television)

On Tuesday evening, “2 Minuten 2 Millionen” was finally broadcasted. Managing Director, Rudolf Gotsmi, was able to achieve exactly what he had set out to do: Present the FitW to a TV audience in the best way possible. The jump in hits to our website alone confirms that the appearance was a success: Approximately 2,100 users visited the site on Tuesday evening. That’s an almost 20-fold increase to the number of visitors we receive on a normal day. Of course, we accepted the offer to present the FitW on Puls4 Frühstücksfernsehen – we’re excited about the additional coverage and increased reach this will help generate.

Highly motivated and dedicated

In the update last week, we informed you about the physical therapy service we teamed up with. As always, the FitW managing director, Rudolf Gotsmi, was busy paying visits to sales staff, physical therapists, and fitness trainers in order to teach them how to properly use the product – last week he also was also at Reha Service.

We look forward to working with our new partners and are excited to see what comes our way in the coming weeks. As always, we’re happy to take your questions or comments at any time.

Kind regards,

Your FitW Team.

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
