€250,000 – Diversicon says "Thank you!"

Dear Companists,

After 10 days, we've reached our first financing goal of €250,000. A big thanks to all the Companists who were convinced by our business model and decided to get involved. Furthermore, we'd like to keep you up to date on all of our current topics.

Press

There have been a few developments over the last few weeks that have given us additional momentum. Companisto's press release in particular resulted in us gaining many media contacts. A radio interview as well as an article in an online magazine have been finalized and will be published in the near future. What's more, we're working on gaining additional media contacts from renowned media companies in order to expand our presence in the press. Here is a small overview of our forthcoming projects:

Completed:

  • Radio interview with managing director Dirk Müller-Remus on RBB Info will be broadcasted on 31.3.2017 at 2.25pm.
  • An article on the online magazine, Haufe, will be appearing soon as well.

Forthcoming:

We'll be informing you with another update as soon as the reports and interviews are online.

New coworkers

We've been in talks with three key individuals and have agreed finalize their contracts on 1 May, 1 June, and 1 July respectively. We've had our eyes on these future employees for some time now. And for this reason we're even more pleased to be able to recruit our desired candidates with you.

2 April 2017 marks the tenth annual World Autism Awareness day. Still, approximately 85% of all individuals with autism are unemployed. We're putting all our energy into changing this figure in a sustainable way. It is our firm belief that people who think differently are able to provide a measurable added value to teams and project groups. This especially applies to individuals on the autism spectrum and for lateral thinkers in general. Communities and businesses that open themselves up to uncharted ideas and situations that challenge them are at an advantage in the long run. Diversicon wants to make a contribution to this vision by shedding light on this potential for companies and society in general.

The FAQ list announced in our previous update will be provided at the beginning of next week.

Thank you for your support.

Kind Regards,

The Diversicon Team

Dirk Müller-Remus and René Kuhlemann

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
