Dear Companists,
After the "halftime" of 30 days, you've supported us with a financing volume of approximately €400,000. This is a tremendous success that greatly helps Diversicon during its development phase.
We're excited about the positive feedback that we've received from all parties.
Developing the academy
What's more, in this update we'll be giving you a short overview on the current state of our business development.
Due to our successful round of financing, we were able to hire our first coworkers who'll be starting with us over the course of the next month: Two employees will be supporting the Diversicon Academy by creating content (e.g. for training and for the certification process) and will subsequently be implementing the courses. An additional employee will be responsible for the areas of marketing and sales, and this move will help provide the management with extra support.
At the moment, we're also looking for a location in Berlin that will serve as both an office as well as a training space. Feel free to contact us should you have any ideas or concrete offers!
The next two to three months will be devoted to creating training material and receiving our authorization as provider for education and qualification measures. At the same time, we'll be preparing for the topic of temporary employment.
The progress we've made mostly matches our expectations and we're even a little bit ahead of schedule. If we use the set-up speed of e-commerce solutions as a comparison, then some might even be a little bit surprised or even disillusioned by the pace of our development. But we're working with people in an environment of institutions and authorities, so it may help to take a short look back at what we've already accomplished.
All of this now gives us the possibility to get into contact with additional partners, networks as well as funding agencies and thereby continue Diversicon's development bit by bit.
Thank you for your support.
Kind Regards,
The Diversicon Team
Dirk Müller-Remus and René Kuhlemann
Note
Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.
The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.
The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.
The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
