Dear Companists,

The unwavering support of the Companists has been extremely remarkable!  And that's why we think it's time to give back.

Discount voucher for the end of our campaign

With this update, we'd like to offer all the Companists a 10% discount voucher for our online shops.  The voucher is valid until the end of our crowdfunding campaign, leaving nothing in the way of your shopping pleasure for the next two weeks!  Please enter the following voucher code into the corresponding field in the shopping basket during the ordering process: #companisto2017

The voucher can be redeemed in the following online shops:

www.pflanzkuebel-direkt.de www.feuerschalen-shop.de www.tierhaus-shop.de
 www.minikuechen-direkt.de www.spielhaus-direkt.de www.decoras.de

Development of ambico shops 2017

As previously mentioned in our last update, our business model developed rapidly over the course of our crowdfunding campaign, and we reached the break-even point in the operating result in March.  Here are a few figures that help clarify the progress we've made:

  • In March 2017, the number of orders placed through our online shop increased by 26% in comparison to the figures from the year before.
  • In comparison to the first quarter of 2016, we were able to decrease our advertising costs in the first quarter of 2017 by 57%.
  • Since 01.01.2017, we've won over 4,000 new customers

Our goal is to maintain profitable growth over the next few years, and we're already well on our way thanks to the Companisto campaign.

Visit to suppliers in Asia

The garden season is in full swing, and we're already preparing the next projects that are to debut during the second half of the year. To this end, we'll be traveling to multiple suppliers in Asia over the coming weeks in order to select new items for our product line and accept the first production batches. A tight partnership with our contract manufacturers is important to us in order to continually make improvements to our products and our product line. This is because we aspire to excite our customers with high quality products!

Kind Regards,

Klaus Attenberger

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
