Dear Companists,

We've done it!  Not only were we able to reach our investment goal of EUR 600,000, we also surpassed the EUR 800,000 investment limit within just 44 days - now we can implement all of our planned measures.  Here, we'd like to once again thank you for your active support.  We still can't believe that we were able to reach our investment goal over such a short period of time.  The entire copaltec team actively followed the Companisto campaign and was excited about each and every investment.

Successful campaign end - what are the next steps?

Through your help, we'll now be able to implement our goals: Now that the campaign has seen a successful end, we're on to planning our next steps and have already developed concrete approaches. Through your support, we now have the opportunity to continue pursuing our projects in the area of electrical mobility and battery technology.  Over the next month, we'll be visiting a seminar on the topic of electrical mobility and look forward to making additional contacts there.

At the moment, we're actively looking for a sales worker who'll be able to support our sales service and so allow us to convince new customers of our highly valuable and unique cast resins.  For us, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance: Through the planned personnel expansions, we'll be able to better cater to the needs of our regular customers and support them over the course of projects and new developments.

What's more, we aim to be present with our high-tech products at national and/or international trade fairs in the coming year and are currently finding out more about our options here.

We've already taken a look at some property and hope that we'll be able to move into our new production area next year.  As soon as we get set up, nothing will stand in the way of acquiring additional production units, ovens, or scales.

We'll be sure to keep you up to date.

PS: Our container has been at sea for about a week and will arrive at its destination port by around the end of August.

Kind Regards from Stuttgart,

Your copaltec team
Stefanie & Andreas

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
