Confirmation of the patent application and the filing of a new patent in the US

ear Companists,

We are very pleased to welcome the 500th Companist who has invested in NDI AG! Thanks so much for your continual support. We would like to keep you up-to-date with this report and present you with some great news.

The US Patent Office has confirmed that Natural Dental Implants AG has received a notice of allowance and feasibility for three independent and 26 dependent patent claims. The patent claims relate to the protective cap and related further developments.

The intellectual property rights will enable us to secure new versions of our product and further developments in the REPLICATE System in the future. It will, of course, also provide us with protection against competitors who are trying to enter the market with a similar product.

The notice of allowance of the patent claims provides us with extremely valuable feedback regarding the limitations and phrasing of the patent to provide protection for our technology. An accurate analysis of the feedback will allow us to formulate substantially extended claims with similar phrasing and to retroactively register the date of the original application, provided that the facts were already outlined at the original date of the claim. However, we cannot report on the details of the new application with two independent and 40 dependent patent claims until they have been published by the US Patent Office.

The new patent claims are only a small part of the many patents which NDI AG has registered or been granted. The confirmation of the notice of allowance of a patent by the competent patent office is the last step before the patent is wholly approved. Until the final approval takes place, only the application fees have to be paid.

We would like to invite all the  Companists who support us to our headquarters in Berlin on September 29th, 2017 at 5pm. We have prepared some REPLICATE teeth that can also be viewed under the microscope. Of course, there will be an extensive tour through the production area and all the high-tech processes that we use. In order to make the tour as informative as possible and to make sure it runs smoothly, we would like to ask you to send short email in order to register at if you can attend.

Alternatively, we are also participating at the Implant Expo 2017 (booth 85) in Düsseldorf on December 1st and 2nd, 2017. There will be the possibility to compare the REPLICATE system with all other technologies on the market. We will provide a special ticket to visit free of charge for companists who are interested. Please send a short email to if you wish to take up this offer.

We look forward to getting to know our Companists personally and look forward to your emails!

Best regards,

Lea and Rüdger

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
