Dear Companists,

First of all, we'd like to say: Thank you! We’ve hit our financing goal of €350,000 this weekend, and we're going to actively use this momentum in order to create the right set-up for our projected growth. There are about two weeks left for our campaign, and we want to give our Companists a chance to make additional investments and help us reach our maximum goal of €500,000.

€350,000 invested in HACCP

Thanks to the Companisto funds, we're going to be able to strengthen important areas of our business.

  • We hired two new employees at the beginning of September. Jan Rimarzik will take over our customer management efforts, and Laura Sophie Bunzel will be responsible for product management. Over the next few months, we're going to continue expanding both areas. Here, we're going to hire an additional CRM employee, a network technician, and a data protection officer. What's more, we were able to acquire freelancers for our sales team. This puts us in an optimal position to support both large and small customers with implementation and furthermore to incorporate other systems for telemetry services (i.e. automated data collection).

  • We've entered an extensive sales partnership with Wolf von Zepelin from Outsourcingworld GmbH (www.outsourcingworld.de). Outsourcingworld is specialized in quick national and international sales build-up. This is a scalable solution, with which we can approach the many independent businesses directly (especially in the catering industry). The initial response has been positive, with a good third of our customers expressing interest in our solution. At the moment we're contacting over 200 potential customers on a daily basis and continue to build up our capacities.  We'll report on further successes.
  • We’re investing in our product in order to further increase our technological lead. In particular, the focus on the product is to increase the efficiency of the system's set-up and self-administration. At the same time, we're working on the gradual expansion of the telemetry, i.e. the integration of automated measurements.

As a result, we're now positioned in all important areas in such a way that we can enter the market in a bolder manner and absorb our expected growth with the same, high customer satisfaction standards.

Kind Regards,

Your HACCP24 Team

Note

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
