MeineSpielzeugkiste launches TV campaign

Dear Companists,

On Monday, 18 September, this year's TV campaign with the ProSiebenSat.1 media group launched and, in comparison to the previous month, was able to double the number of new registrations.  Over the past two TV campaigns, we were able to expand TV as an effective and highly profitable marketing channel.

By getting ProSiebenSat.1, one of the largest media companies, on board as a shareholder in our company in 2016, we've been able to plan our campaigns at the best possible times, using the best time slots and conditions. The purpose of the previous campaign from the fall of 2016 was to identify the appropriate time slot; for this current campaign, we’ve been able to build off of this experience and optimize it accordingly.

The last campaign showed us that we're able to reach our target group through broadcasters like Pro7 and sixx and achieve our biggest successes there (traffic to the subscription page).  What's more, the customers we acquire through TV campaigns tend to be especially loyal.  For this reason, we're focusing on the woman-focused channel, sixx, as well as certain time slots.

The goal of the current campaign is to double the number of new subscriptions in comparison the previous month and so achieve our ambitious growth targets.  During the first three days of the TV campaign, we were able to achieve a customer growth rate of +95%.  Based on our experience, the number of new registrations grows with each day of the TV campaign until the campaign reaches an optimal point after three weeks.  After this point, the campaign's efficiency then begins to slow, as the target group from this time slot seems to grow tired of the ad and no longer reacts.

Over the next four weeks, we're going to be on a strong growth course with the TV campaign and look forward to a strong Christmas market.  But we don't want to withhold the ad from you anymore, so here it is!

Kind Regards,

Florian & Florian

Note

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
