Dear Companists,

After spending a lot of time in Austria as well as all over Germany, we’ve yet again got some very good news from Berlin. With Verti Versicherung AG, an insurance company, we have a gained client from the Berlin region that we are especially proud of. With CAR2AD, we are operating a recruiting campaign to attract new employees. This is, of course, accompanied by a media mix using various other channels, such as online marketing campaigns.

Neuer Auftraggeber - Verti Versicherungen

CAR2AD places digital messages in specific locations where prospective employees ought to be found. This innovative way of advertising provides a new dimension to the field of multichannel marketing. We will also carry out data analysis for Verti at the respective locations of the CAR2ADs in order to verify the impact of the campaign. This is only the first stage of the cooperation that’s been planned with them. We are still going to implement a lot of new things in the area between digital outdoor advertising and target group-specific online advertising. We’ll update you with more on this topic over the coming months.

Speaking of next month - our campaign here at Companisto is drawing to a close and it’s time to draw our conclusions and share our insights with our investors.

We are very grateful to the supporters and industry experts who have invested in our company. Due to many discussions that we’ve had, we’ve noticed that our area of expertise is somewhat more complex to grasp than that of many other products. But this is precisely where we see our strength since - neither the mobility industry nor the marketing sector has ever worked together as closely and as intensively as we do.

And it was particularly pleasing to us that Iskander Business Partner GmbH, as an international consulting firm in the software sector, selected CAR2AD from more than 300 potential start-ups to invest in. Energy Styria also had more than 120 start-ups to choose from as it invited us to their Next Incubator. And let’s not forget our business angel Sebastian Prange, Senior Vice President for Small & Medium Enterprises at Sunrise AG, who has a great deal of experience and know-how from the largest private telecommunications provider in Switzerland.  They provide us with a lot more than just financial support.

For us, this means we have to continue focusing on successfully implementing our upcoming projects, not just with financial support but also through our networks and partners.

Best regards,

Your CAR2AD Team

P.S. Thanks again for the trust you’ve already given us!

Note

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
