Dear Companists,
We have some very exciting news which we of course want to share with you.
Our goal is to make sending money as easy as possible. This includes not only enabling direct account connection by means of our Cringle payment infrastructure, but also in particular the design of our Cringle app.
To this end, we have worked intensively on our most comprehensive update to date, which is now in the public beta phase!
Do you want to be one of the first to test the new Cringle 2.0? Then register now at www.cringle.net/beta!
On accessing Cringle 2.0 you will immediately notice its completely new design!
The drive behind this is that we always combine the interests of our users, as well as our bank partners, in a single app. Cringle 2.0 now offers a considerably better organized and clearer user interface. This is not only beneficial to private users, but also allows us to strengthen our partner bank even more intensively.
With our "chameleon effect", our partners now have wide-ranging opportunities to influence the appearance of Cringle to partner bank customers.
With Cringle 2.0, we have taken the step of combining all European banks with a strong branding within a single app under the Cringle brand and thus to position ourselves as an attractive mobile channel to the end customer.
During their development, many apps put a strong focus on you spending as much time as possible in the app. With Cringle the opposite is the case. We want to make life easier for you wherever you spend your time scraping together the right amount of cash in your wallet, looking for the nearest ATM to withdraw cash without paying a surcharge, or constantly reminding your friends to transfer money. We want to keep our Cringlers in the app for as short a time as possible.
To this end, we have redesigned our user flow and thanks to Cringle 2.0 sending money will be even faster and easier.
With Cringle 2.0 we are also laying the foundation for new functions which we will deliver in upcoming updates in the near future.
On vacation together with friends? Sharing household costs with your flat-sharing partner? Simply set up a group and organize your expenses.
The pocket money for the children is due? Collecting money for a group gift? Simply select multiple transaction partners and request the money.
Eating together with friends or colleagues and everyone had something different? One person pays and divides the amount to the exact cent among the rest.
We also highly value your comments and suggestions about Cringle 2.0!
Have you noticed something in the app that you want to tell us about? Simply briefly shake your smartphone to automatically create a screenshot that appears in a support window where you can post your comments.
Best regards,
Your Cringle team
Note
Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.
The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.
The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.
The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
