Growth in orders for the REPLICATE® System accelerates relocation plans

Dear Companists,

We can now count ourselves as one of the most successful campaigns ever to be part of the Companisto platform. This is thanks to the more than €1,000,000 that has been invested by roughly 1,000 companists, in addition to the total sum that has been invested of approximately €2,000,000. We are extremely pleased to have you accompany us on the next leg of our adventure.

A quick evaluation of the business development in the first three quarters of 2017 reflects the strong growth that we had predicted. As already mentioned in the last update, sales figures for the international sector have risen disproportionately over this period.

Our production capacities will soon be unable to keep up with the pace of our growth. For this reason, the move to relocated the premises has now been given the utmost priority. We are also pleased to be able to announce the new location for our HQ.

REPLICATE Standort Oberschöneweide

New REPLICATE location in Oberschöneweide, Berlin

We will be moving to the “Leuchtenfabrik" (light factory in German) in the Oberschöneweide district of Berlin as early as the beginning of 2018. At the new location, the space allocated to production is planned to triple - from roughly 130m² to 440m². The production area corresponds almost to the total area of our current facilities, including both the production area and office space. The expansion will be taking place in several stages. First of all, the current production line and office workplaces will be relocated. Subsequently, the production line will be gradually expanded in accordance with the projected development of sales. This means that we will be able to ensure that our financial resources are used efficiently.

We have already started working on the necessary preparations. After the move, we will, of course, invite you to the inauguration event and are looking forward to seeing you at the new premises.

Finally, we would like to remind you of the opportunity to get to know us personally, in advance of the event. We will be at present at the Implant Expo 2017 (booth 85) in Düsseldorf on 1st and 2nd of December, 2017. We will be happy to provide free tickets allotted for trade visitors to interested Companists. All you need to do is simply send a quick email to if you would like a ticket.

Best regards,

Lea and Rüdger

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
