REPLICATE® System receives an award by the Clean Implant Foundation

Dear Companists,

We made it! The campaign is 100% financed. Together, the 1 million euro co-investment and your 1.5 million euro reached the total investment goal of 2.5 million euro! A huge thank you to all our Companists for your support! In the last few weeks we have seen an enormous increase in the number of interested company members. Together with Companisto, it was therefore decided to extend the campaign for the REPLICATE® system once again. For the first time, the Companists will be able to continue to participate in a start-up over the normal term of 120 days with the same conditions. The additional capital will help us to ramp up production even faster and thus accelerate the increase in value for our investors.

Exhibition booth of NDI AG

The Implant Expo took place in Düsseldorf last week. Naturally, we received Companists, dentists, and many other prospective customers at our wonderful booth. Running parallel to the Implant Expo was the 31st annual congress of the worldwide second largest scientific implantology society DGI (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Implantologie; German Society for Implantology) and attracted thousands of visitors into Düsseldorf’s expo halls.

We are particularly proud of Clean Implant Foundation’s (CIF) award. CIF was founded as a non-profit organization in 2016, to regularly perform independent analyses of dental implant quality according to a defined protocol. Just because the delivery of all implants is sterile does not necessarily mean that there is no residue from production on the surface. CIF uses a raster electron microscope to examine the surface and looks for organic contaminators or inorganic production residue. They have examined around 140 different dental implants from almost 100 manufacturers between the years 2014 and 2015. The REPLICATE® System ranked among the cleanest implants back then already, and was far ahead of most manufacturers of screw-in implants.

Trusted Quality - Certificate for NDI AG

CIF has now implemented the award “Trusted Quality Mark 2017-2018” for 2017/2018. Manufacturers who stand for particularly clean products can have these examined by CIF. If they meet CIF’s high standards, they receive the award for their product. The executive director of Clean Implant Foundation CIF GmbH, Dr. Dirk Duddeck awarded us the certificate at the Implant Expo 2017.

Presentation of the certificate

We are happy to be one of the first companies to receive this award. The “Trusted Quality Mark 2017-2018” and our successful re-certification according to ISO 13485 reflect the sophisticated and complex production process with which we manufacture qualitative and pure REPLICATE teeth.

Kind regards,

Lea and Rüdger

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
