Dear Companists,

Our second Companisto campaign is coming to a close and we would like to thank all of our Cringle supporters. We would like to take a look at all that has happened at Cringle during the past few weeks with you. Like the first campaign, “Cringle 2” had a very positive effect on our joint success story.

Growth of KPIs

We decided to focus on the following KPIs in order to demonstrate the campaign’s positive effect on the developments at Cringle: amount of app installations, active users, average transaction sum, amount of transactions, and transaction volume.

Cringle - Growth KPIs

We were able to increase our monthly installations by nearly 20% thanks to the successful start of our partnership with Consorsbank/BNP Paribas and due to your presentation of Cringle among your friends, acquaintances, and colleagues.

We saw an increase in the amount of active users of nearly 22%. During our campaign, we launched our new Cringle 2.0 version, and it seems that the new app is well received by both existing and new users.

An increase of 7.6% in average transaction sums is an indicator that trust in Cringle is growing.

Cringle 2.0 has made sending money even easier. Our active Cringlers agree and have rewarded us with 19% more transactions.

When all factors develop this positively, it has a positive effect on the development of our transaction volume. Not only have we recently reached the 4.5 million mark, we are also expecting a new record in terms of transaction volume in December.

Cringle 2018

The upcoming year will see distribution and expansion.

We have noticed a growing interest in Cringle and are conducting promising negotiations with banks and other partners for our Cringle P2P-API. This encourages us to believe that Cringle is the best solution for making payments to any cell phone number.

In the past few weeks, we tested various channels to strengthen distribution and plan to make targeted use of them.

From the very beginning, Cringle has been designed to be a pan-European P2P solution. In the coming year we will expand to more countries and make Cringle available there.

Lastly, here are three questions we should all ask ourselves:

Do all my friends, acquaintances, and colleagues have Cringle already? Do I know anyone else that would be a great team member of our joint success story? Do I have any great ideas to further improve Cringle?

Let’s give it our all one last time!

Kind regards,
Malte

Note

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
