NDI concludes agreement to receive support on an IPO on EURONEXT

Dear Companists,

We are close to reaching the maximum amount of our financing campaign. More than 92% of the possible EUR 3.5 million (incl. co-investment) are already invested. Our Companisto campaign ends as soon as the maximum sum has been reached. All of this would not have been possible without your support – thank you!

Natural Dental Implants AG concluded an agreement with EnterNEXT regarding the preparation and organizational support of an IPO on Euronext. Although NDI is currently still pursuing a variety of options for follow up financing, the conclusion of this agreement makes an IPO on Euronext more probable for NDI.

Euronext - Logo

Euronext is an international exchange and trading platform for shares and other financial instruments in Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, London and Paris with a uniform order book. Euronext comprises both fully regulated and non-regulated segments. The fully regulated Euronext segment, “Compartment C,” is of particular interest to NDI.

EnterNEXT is part of the Euronext ecosystem and supports stock market candidates in their IPOs. EnterNEXT prepares materials, establishes contacts with potential partners, assists in the selection of the issuing bank, the communications agency for financial communication, in the book building phase, and in the preparation of the share issue and listing road show. This makes EnterNEXT the ideal project partner for IPOs by young technology companies.

The stock exchange regards the extremely positive development of our Companisto campaign as an important indicator for the future IPO. Considering the imminent entry into the US dental market, NDI is a very good candidate. By signing the agreement, NDI has strengthened its concrete preparations for an IPO.

With kind regards,
Lea und Rüdger

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
