KoRo in the media and with a new product!

Dear Companists,

We are back with our 3rd update. Once again, we want to thank those Companists who have joined us. We are very pleased and grateful for your investment and associated confidence. We continue to exert ourselves for this campaign on Companisto to be even more successful.

In addition to presenting a new product, we want to use this update to present the most important press releases of late:

Press update

The first report was published on Deutsche Startups. Next to Gründerszene, Deutsche Startups is a popular portal for a variety of groups: Startups, investors, incubators, and VCs.

In addition to the report on deutsche-startups.de, my dear colleague Piran held an in-depth interview about KoRo with the portal grüne-startups.de, where they discussed the core features of KoRo and the current equity crowdfunding campaign on Companisto, which was directly linked.

Grüne Startups is a specialist portal for startups with a focus on sustainability.

Beyond that, we activated our internal network once again to point them toward our campaign. In a podcast, my co-director Piran discusses KoRo’s vision, the Companisto campaign, and key strategic questions with Lars Müller.

Lars Müller is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and Amazon enthusiast, who interviews countless entrepreneurs on his podcast.

KoRo hazelnut mousse in 500g jars

After months of intense development, we are pleased to present our hazelnut mousse in 500g jars, made 100% from roasted hazelnuts. We only use select hazelnuts from Turkey for our hazelnut mousse. After a precisely timed roasting process, the hazelnuts are ground between large rollers until a velvety-soft puree is formed.

In the course of development, we put the most famous mousses in food retail to a taste test. In the blind tasting, our own creation unanimously convinced our team in terms of taste.

Newest KoRo-Product - Hazelnut mousse

The hazelnut mousse can be used as a spread on bread, as a topping for oatmeal and porridge, for home-made hazelnut ice cream, and for direct consumption. Its creative use has no limits.

The hazelnut mousse is a strategic addition to our product range to establish and expand our B2B contacts, especially for supplying small ice cream parlors and the ice cream and processing industries.

In the third update, we hope to announce another addition to our nut and seed mousse portfolio, which is currently being processed and packaged.

Best greetings,

Kosta & Piran

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
