Dear Companists,

We are back with more exciting news!

Last week we successfully launched our stationary purchasing partner program with 18 partners from all over Germany and have already generated a large number of attractive purchases.

At about the same time, we also received a report from the editorial staff of the well-known technology magazine CHIP, which informed us that mySWOOOP scored 1.4 (“very good”) in an extensive comparison test of the CHIP test center.

CHIP says: mySWOOOP is “very good”!

The results of the CHIP comparison test are also very positive. We are pleased that we emerged from the comparison between several purchasing portals with a very good result. The results are a renewed confirmation of our commitment to always offer a good and reliable service.

You can find more information about the test under the following link:

Launch of purchasing partner program exceeds expectations

The mySWOOOP Authorized Purchasing Partner program (APP) has already started with more partners than originally expected. The three different companies currently have a total of 18 retail presences both in the region around Bremen and in other parts of Germany. Due to the high level of interest on behalf of retailers, we were able to win more purchasing partners than expected in the first acquisition step.

The new partners include various T-Mobile and Vodafone cell phone stores as well as two consumer electronics stores operated by Euronics. This field in particular offers enormous potential for a rapid expansion of purchasing cooperation to other related markets throughout Germany.

The following link gives an impression of how the partner program was implemented directly on site in the Euronics stores:

We are currently in contact with other partners, who are also represented throughout Germany. We are pleased that our purchasing cooperation has been so well received and are very confident that we will be able to announce further strong partners in the near future.

Best greetings,
Jan-Lucca

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
