NDI Concludes Campaign Successfully – Thank You to All Companists!

Dear Companists,

We did it! Together with our co-investor, EUR 3.5 million were invested during our Companisto campaign. We are overjoyed about our more than 2200 Companists, who to us are not only investors but also very important multipliers!

I will start with some interesting news, even if it is not directly related to the REPLICATE® System. It was recently announced that, Orametrix, my second platform for dental technology, has been sold successfully, just as Lingualcare before it. Orametrix was taken over by Dentsply Sirona at the end of March

This means that the exit rate of my company foundings prior to Natural Dental Implants AG is 100%. We are extremely confident that we will be able to lead our newest venture to success together with our Companists.

We are also proud to announce that we have successfully completed our move to Berlin-Oberschöneweide. We were able to minimize downtime through efficient planning and the outstanding support of the NDI team. By working together with our doctors, we ensured that not a single customer had to do without his REPLICATE tooth. We were able to resume production a few days ago and it is now running at full speed once again.

At our new production site, our production area has increased from 130m² to 460m². During the move we optimized the production line for more efficient production processes in the future. Therefore, we have already implemented additional installations, such as an enlarged clean area, which is difficult to retrofit later on. This gives us the opportunity to scale our production quickly and respond to high demand.

Lastly, here is a small selection of pictures taken at our new headquarters:

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
