Dear Companists,

As announced in the previous update, we are on a record course in sales development. As of April 30, 2018, i.e. after almost four weeks of the new fiscal year that began on April 1, 2018, we have reached a booking level with around EUR 2.6 million in departures secured in the current fiscal year. In the past financial year it took us almost twice as long to reach a similar level.  The sales value gained compared to the secured sales of the same period last year is around +17.4% above the values of the previous year, which is also a clear sign of growth.

Monthly distribution of departure sales

(Values for future months increase every month with every booking)

The monthly distribution of departure sales also records healthy development with considerable growth potential – around EUR 1.1 million in departure sales have already been secured for both of the upcoming two quarters. This represents an increase of +12.8% in the first quarter of the current fiscal year alone compared to departures in Q1 2017/18 (although half of the Easter departures in 2018 fell into the previous quarter and a lower value would therefore have been expected). Furthermore, we expect an increase in departure sales in the current quarter due to short-term bookings in May and June.

New cooperation in the areas of product, media, and software

We are also progressively expanding our cooperations. Just in time for wedding season, we are collaborating with the magazine Elle and the luxury hotel chain Jumeirah Hotels in a broad-based communication campaign for couples’ honeymoons, in which the Maldives are highlighted as a destination.

In terms of family holidays, we are currently negotiating a very extensive cooperation which will double our range of high-quality and eventful trips for families.

We expect to complete an extensive software project at the end of the month. This project aims to connect a direct flight search, which will give us improved access to the best fares worldwide.

Admission to the BGL BNP Paribas FutureLab

After intensive examination by their selection committee, itravel international GmbH, which acts as our holding company for internationalization, was admitted to the Future Lab (https://www.luxfuturelab.lu/), which is oriented towards innovation and follows strict selection criteria. This gives us very valuable support and access to experts, a broad network of investors and one of the major international banks in our efforts to achieve internationalization.

As always, we thank you for your support and continue to work diligently to live up to your confidence through company successes!

Best greetings from your team at itravel,

Axel, Gerald, and the team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.
