mySWOOOP concludes further strong partnerships!

Dear Companists,

In the past two weeks, the course was set for further important partnerships, both in purchasing and in sales!

Doubling of active purchasing partners

After successfully starting our stationary purchasing partner program (A-P-P) with significantly more partners than originally planned (see Update 3 of April 12, 2018) at the beginning of April, we are currently in the final negotiations with two further purchasing partners, which would lead to a doubling of the total number of active purchasing partners at one go.

Even though we are not yet allowed to reveal any more precise details on these partnerships for contractual reasons, we are optimistic that we will be able to publish an official announcement of the new cooperations at short notice.

Further development of the software

In addition to the expansion of these partnerships for the stationary purchase of electronic articles from end consumers, we have also begun to expand our purchasing software in such a way that it can also serve numerous companies from various industries as a simple and fast instrument for selling no longer required company electronics (office equipment such as company mobile phones or laptops). After the first successful purchases have already been made in this segment, we also see enormous potential here for long-term, high-volume business relationships.

eBay WOW dealer

Especially against the background of the very good expansion of our sources of supply as described above, it is all the more pleasing that mySWOOOP has recently become part of the selected circle of eBay WOW dealers and can thus regularly place offers on eBay as special promotions and with special advertising support from eBay.

Many greetings
Jan Lucca

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
