Meadow Robotics reaches Investment Threshold

Public

Dear Companists

The Meadow Robotics team is pleased to have reached the investment threshold of  EUR 100,000 and is now setting the course for the use of funds. First of all, we would like to thank all investors who have enabled us to overcome this first hurdle - we look forward to the further development and many more supporters.

Our job offers have been well received, so that we can expand our team with a working student with the first funds already this month! We are still looking for a programmer to accelerate our software development. In the near future there will be some talks to get to know each other. We are pleased about the interest of all applicants, the contacts we have already made and it is nice to see the Meadow Robotics family growing.

In recent weeks, we have intensified our contacts to universities and research institutions with visits and presentations at KIT, Frauenhofer IOSB and the FZI in Karlsruhe. In interesting and informative discussions with scientists, experiences could be exchanged.

Meadow Robotics - Thank you

Once the investment threshold has been reached, we will also have the financial means to order our five pilot units. These devices are intended for use at our partner clubs and are used in real operation after production.

With the support of the Ministry of Economics we were able to support a team of the Steinbeis Foundation with the further development of our app. The work is already in full swing and first results in the form of source code and design have already been reviewed. With the "App" working group we can quickly transfer the interface for the Range Robot operator from a purely functional state to a user-friendly and professional stage.

We are taking great strides towards the pilot phase and look forward to your support. Now we have to reach the next milestone in our campaign and complete the development for series production.

Friendly greetings

Your Meadow Robotics Team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
