ASE achieves Investment Goal

Public

Dear Companists,

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you! Thanks to your help, we have today reached our investment target of EUR 700,000.

We are delighted about this success and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the company members - and of course all those who played an active part in the campaign.

Due to the still high popularity, we have decided in coordination with Companisto to keep the campaign open until further notice. We want to offer all other interested parties the opportunity to support us on our way.

Uniform data exchange for future-proof digitization

For many rail infrastructure operators, it is not only an enormous challenge to push ahead with locating and recording the condition of freight wagons at their own expense. Until now, there has also been no central theme for achieving a uniform exchange of data for all actors.

The German Institute for Standardization e.V. (DIN) has meanwhile prepared a document which defines requirements for the data structure, data groups and interface definitions for the exchange of information in combined transport between the actors involved. Because only with a uniform basis can modern technologies of digitization and logistics 4.0 be implemented.

ASE - Uniform data exchange for future-proof digitization

ASE GmbH was involved in the preparation of this document. We are pleased that "DIN SPEC 91073 (DIGIT standardization of data exchange for all actors in the intermodal chain to ensure an efficient flow of information and future-proof digital communication)" is now available free of charge and to everyone at Beuth-Verlag. Here the link to download: https://www.beuth.de/de/technische-regel/din-spec-91073/286624439.

This is further proof that our technology for freight transport is an important building block on the road to digitisation.

Greetings from Bruchsal,

Your ASE Team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
