Swoodoo, Kayak and Opodo make Prelovee strong

Dear Companists,

First, we would like to welcome all our new Companists: Thank you for your investment and confidence in Prelovee!

Everyone uses Swoodoo, Kayak, Opodo, and Momondo – Prelovee works the same way

We explain Prelovee's business model again in the following video.

Everybody knows it, everybody uses it.

Whether you search for insurance or loans on Check24, browse hotels on Trivago, or compare flights on Kayak or Opodo - the business model is always the same - no matter what you call it, they are all search engines, aggregation platforms, or comparison portals. There are many names - but the sales model is always the same. They earn money with every transaction that takes place via the portal. That's how Prelovee works. We are also a search engine that structures and aggregates the fragmented resale designer market of EUR 33 billion and profits from every single transaction.

Prelovee welcomes Archibald Sheran as CTO - former full stack lead developer at Holidu, the vacation home search engine financed by EQT Partners

We can finally announce what we promised a few weeks ago: We were able to recruit Archibald Sheran as CTO for Prelovee.

Archibald helped build the complete product and its features at Holidu and most recently worked directly under the CTO as a full stack developer, where he was responsible for the development of many of the features known at Holidu and led a team of over 20 developers.

Archibald thus contributes unique experience and skill in the design, optimization, and fast scaling of a search engine in addition to well-founded knowledge in the field of machine learning/artificial intelligence.

Archibald comes from Mexico and has lived in Germany for a long time. He completed his MSc in Software Engineering in Madrid and Kaiserslautern. Prior to his new position as CTO of Prelovee, Archibald first worked at 1&1 as a developer before joining Holidu more than 3 years ago as employee number 6.

Holidu is also a search engine. A search engine for vacation homes, which grew from 5 employees to over 100 in the last 4 years and which now operates in more than 20 countries. Holidu is mainly financed by the Swedish private equity fund EQT Partners, which raised more than EUR 50 billion in over 27 funds.

We are very happy to have him on board. He completes our highly qualified and complementary founding team, which covers all necessary areas for the success of Prelovee.

Kind regards,

Stephanie Neumann

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
