Prelovee is growing constantly and wants to integrate offline shops

Dear Companists,

First, we want to welcome all our new Companists: Thank you for your investment and confidence in Prelovee!

Consistent KPI growth: unique visits and partner shops

Prelovee's KPIs are consistently positive in 2018. Unique visits have grown steadily since the beginning of the year at more than 10% per month. With the help of the Companists, we hope to be able to increase this growth in the coming months even more. We have also increased the number of partner shops by more than 15% and will have more than 40 partner shops in the coming weeks. The amount of partner shops will double within a few months once the offline SaaS solution is implemented.

The shopping basket is also stable at just under €400. Further optimization of the website and performance marketing will enable us to increase the average in the coming months even more.

Development of the blockchain concept

Together with our new CTO Archie, we are currently working on a concept for secondhand fashion, blockchain, and authentication. This opens up a completely new market for us. We will keep you updated and hope to announce more about how we will revolutionize secondhand fashion with the help of blockchain soon.

After months of waiting, the first and only book about secondhand fashion is finally available in stores.

The first paragraph of the cover text of "Live & Love Secondhand" reflects the questions posed by many lovers of secondhand fashion:

Secondhand in its (fashion-) conscious form is more relevant than ever. Yesterday's environmental image has long since given way to a young trend, and secondhand it-pieces and must-haves inspire with their diversity and uniqueness. But how and where can you find the best secondhand pieces? Which products are secondhand bestsellers? Or how do you distinguish name brand pieces from fakes?

As a purely digital business model, it is important for Prelovee to bridge the gap between online and offline. We not only want to inform our readers and make them real secondhand experts, or Prelovee(stas) as we call them, but also to provide our customers with a physical piece of Prelovee to enjoy at home. The social influencers we collaborated with point back toward the digital world, closing the marketing circle and addressing offline and online target groups simultaneously. This extends the entire marketing strategy behind the book virally through the social influencers and creates a kind of multiplier effect. There have already been over 400 advance orders and the number is growing every day.

“Live & Love Secondhand” is available at Amazon among others.

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
