Dear Companists,

In our fourth update, we would first like to thank all the Companists who have supported us so far. Your advice and contacts have enabled us to expand our own network internationally. Every contact to potential customers and partners and every investment helps our company move forward.

Meadow Robotics receives funding from the state of Baden-Württemberg

We are proud to announce that the Ministry of Economics, Labor, and Housing of Baden Württemberg has approved our application for the Innovation Voucher A and Innovation Voucher Hightech Startup. Funding of a maximum of € 22,500.00 was approved. Now we must use these means to accelerate the work processes.

Meadow Robotics - Promotion letter

The Innovation Voucher Hightech Startup supports implementation-oriented research and development activities aimed at creating sophisticated products and services in connection with sustainable mobility, environmental technology, renewable energy, and resource efficiency.

Development of the web app

Operating and controlling robots and autonomous systems is one of the biggest challenges in digital change. Through our web app, we are able to offer our users the full range of functions of the Range Robot system and still present an intuitive and clear user interface.

We have recognized the importance of a well-thought-out design and operating concept by observing large corporations like Samsung, Bosch or Apple, and innovative startups like Nepos, who have recognized the importance of user-friendliness and have made lasting changes to their processes. The quality of a product's user-friendliness is a decisive factor in product quality and a competitive advantage.

A clear navigation structure and our ability to plan areas and edit our maps on the device are just a few of the areas in which our team is currently working at full speed.

Our team is growing

Large tasks can be solved better by a strong team. For this reason, our planning already factored in two additional employees in development. This enables us to shorten development times and provide customers with new features sooner.

Meadow Robotics Team - Nihad

We are pleased to welcome Nihad as the newest member of the Meadow Robotics team!

Nihad supports us in the area of IT and software development. During his master studies at the Technical University of Darmstadt he already dealt with unmanned, autonomous vehicles based on ROS (Robot Operating System) and gained a lot of experience with robots and various sensors.

His enthusiasm for our project, his qualifications, experience, and friendly manner make Nihad the perfect addition to our team. We are already looking forward to the great partnership.

With kind regards,

Your Meadow Robotics team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
