Dear Companists,

We have some exciting news for you:

Together with our new strategic partner 4-your-biz we plan to enter the Austrian market now, too. Susanne Lederer-Pabst, the owner and managing partner of the management consultancy specializing in sustainability, is also making a co-investment of EUR 200,000 in Nepos. This strategic partnership allows us to address the Austrian market at the same time as entering the German market. This brings us a good deal closer to our goal of becoming the trusted technology brand for the 65+ generation in German-speaking countries.

Impact Investing = Investing and doing something good for society

More and more investors value not only generating a financial return, but also doing something good for the environment and society with their investments. Impact investing is an investment opportunity that generates not only a financial return but also a social return. The investment advisors at 4-your-biz devote their expertise and passion to this topic. Not only do they want to create new financing and investment opportunities for Nepos, they also want to support us in marketing and arranging exciting cooperations in Austria.

CEBIT: Lunch with EU commissioner Mariya Gabriel

Last week, we had many discussions with potential cooperation partners. CEBIT has once again clearly shown us that we are on the right track with our tablet. The feedback was very positive. We made a lot of new contacts. The conversation with Mariya Gabriel, EU Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society, whom I met at the CEO dinner, was particularly exciting. The conversation with kommune.digital was also promising. The society for community digitization wants to bundle the needs of citizens, associations, social facilities, enterprises, administration of a municipality in a communication and interaction channel, in order to promote quality of life and economic success.

All the conversations in recent weeks show: The demand for the tablet is huge. However, in order to get off to a good start and produce the first devices, we need even more crowd investors. Auffi!

Best greetings,

Paul

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
