mySWOOOP’s New Partners are Confirmed!

Dear Companists,

We have continued to work at full throttle over the past weeks in order to live up to our announcements in our last update and are pleased to announce another strong purchasing partner in this update.

Repair service provider Justcom becomes official mySWOOOP purchasing partner

Justcom, the Hamburg-based company for smartphone and electrical appliance repairs, will start as an authorized mySWOOOP purchasing partner on 1 August 2018 and will offer the purchase of electronics in its own shops using the mySWOOOP software in addition to its repair services.

With this partnership, mySWOOOP extends its offline purchasing possibilities with eight new locations in attractive locations in the Hamburg area.

We are continuing to pursue the expansion of the stationary purchase partner program as a core element of our strategic orientation at full speed and are optimistic that we will be able to announce additional cooperations to you very soon.

Exciting opportunities in the world of blockchain

At the same time, exciting options have arisen for mySWOOOP in connection with cryptocurrencies and the associated innovative mechanisms for raising capital. As some of you may have already gathered from various press releases last week, mySWOOOP was announced as one of the first companies to consider the possibility of blockchain-based capital raising via the ETO platform Neufund as an interesting option.

We would like to explore this topic and its scope in more detail in the coming weeks and months to see when such a form of capital procurement could make sense for mySWOOOP. There is no exact time frame for this yet. Our primary concern at the moment is to deal with the issue itself and not with concrete measures at this stage.

We will inform you immediately and keep you up to date as soon as a concrete action plan should emerge.

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
