Video message from the KoRo office and outlook for July 2018

Dear Companists,

In this update, we would like to thank the Companists who have joined us and welcome them to our group of investors. We thank you for your investment and the trust you have placed in us.

We are very satisfied with the course of the campaign on Companisto so far. We are impressed not only by breaching the 300,000 mark but also by the many messages we have received from the Companists. Our updates received a lot of positive feedback and constructive criticism or suggestions for improvement, for which we are particularly grateful. We are always open to such things and are happy to improve ourselves and our platform. Therefore, once again for all: If you have noticed something you would like to inform us of, send us an email at: investor-relations@korodrogerie.de and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Expansion of the product range

We are currently working very hard on launching new products for the summer season. This includes a whole range of freeze-dried fruits, and our coconut water is finally on its way to our warehouse and can go online very soon.

We filmed a small video from the office with which we would like to greet you personally. We apologize in advance if it looks a bit chaotic in our office. We have been lenient because everyone is currently focusing all their efforts on the new products and many new projects that are in the pipeline.

Turnover in summer 2018 compared to the previous years

The month of July 2018 is proceeding very successfully and is at the level of our strongest sales month to date, June, in what is already our most successful financial year, 2018. As already described in the previous update, we counteracted the summer slump with the products mentioned above. In this update, I would like to show you again how significant the difference and the resulting outlook actually is in a year-on-year comparison:

KoRo - Sommer 2016-2017

You can see a sharp decline in sales starting at the end of May, both in 2016 and 2017. This amounted to around 30-35 % compared to winter. The slump in sales regularly meant that we were unable to implement certain projects for cost reasons and had to postpone them until the winter months or were unable to launch new products accordingly.

KoRo - Sommer 2018

Looking at the curve from 2018, we see a slight drop between April and May, followed by an incline in June towards summer. This trend continues in July. Since we have countered this trend by developing new products and will be able to implement additional products earlier due to higher sales and the correspondingly higher profitability, we expect the winter months to be all the better. As such, our forecast for the 2019 financial year is very positive.

We are moving ahead at full speed and hope for the active support of our Companists!

Best greetings,

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
