mySWOOOP continues growth course

Dear Companists,

At the end spurt of our campaign we would like to report back with good news and give an outlook on upcoming exciting developments at mySWOOOP.

Continuously good performance in July

Following last week's announcement of the very positive sales trend of June, we are very pleased to report a continuation of the strong performance for the current sales figures in July.

Despite the holiday and vacation period that has now begun in many German states, we are still on a growth course and are confident that we can continue to grow as planned this month and increase our overall performance compared with the previous month.

In addition to the progress already reported in recent updates regarding the expansion of our stationary purchasing partnerships and the optimization of our online business, increasing purchasing volumes in our B2B segment also represent decisive drivers of sales growth.

mySWOOOP’s next steps

What's next? Naturally, this is the next open question which we will answer in the following.

Our basic direction is clearly defined as communicated during our campaign and with the corresponding updates and our entire mySWOOOP team is committed in pursuing it. Considering our overriding goal of quickly reaching breakeven, our measures focus on expanding our main purchasing channels in order to gradually increase the purchase and thus also the required sales volumes.

These activities, in particular, offer great potential for long-term cooperation and partnerships of enormous scope, which could boost our speed of expansion many times over within a very short period of time.

We also consider the opportunities in Blockchain and Equity Token Offering (ETO) described in Update 6 to be extremely promising, as the ETO platform Neufund has also recently announced significant progress and decisive new partnerships, including with the Malta Stock Exchange.

Finally, we would like to thank all the Companists we have gained as investors. We are looking forward to the future with you and the many exciting projects and tasks that lie ahead of us.

Best greetings,

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
