Technology Transfer with the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)

Dear Companists,

We particularly welcome all our newly acquired investors and thank them for their trust in our product. We also thank the "old hands" who have been supporting us as investors from the very beginning and eagerly await our updates.

What is the technology transfer with the IHK Rhein-Neckar?

Many companies in the region are represented on the world markets and make a major contribution to Germany's great economic strength with their products and services. This position can only be maintained and strengthened if a constant transfer of technology ensures the innovative strength of the companies. This is where the IHK Rhein-Neckar comes in with its range of services, which specifically supports technology transfer between small and medium-sized enterprises and research.

The advantages offered to the individual company by the technology transfer are obvious. The company saves itself time-consuming searches for suitable partners and contacts and can concentrate on the innovative project. Research partnerships close gaps in our own research activities, provide access to the latest developments, and counteract the shortage of skilled workers through contact with motivated junior staff.

The free technology transfer offer of the IHK Rhein-Neckar is especially aimed at small and medium-sized companies that have little to no experience in collaborating with universities or other research institutions.

IHK Rhein-Neckar meets Team of Meadow Robotics

In our current video, you can see the latest progress with our collector on the range at the Golfclub Mannheim-Viernheim. We met with the IHK Rhein-Neckar for the video shoot and had a lot of fun producing the video clip.

It was also a premiere for us to use the Range Robot System on this golfcourse with a cover. The Rover not only delivered excellent performance in front of the camera, but was also a real highlight on the driving range.

Therefore, it is hardly surprising that the club management is very interested in using this collection system on their training grounds this year.

Take a look at our current clip and give us your impressions and your feedback.

We were selected by the IHK Rhein-Neckar as a flagship project to illustrate the technology transfer in the field of startups. The clip was produced for this purpose and was presented at the IHK evening in the Stadthalle Heidelberg. Our concept also stimulated many positive discussions there. We are pleased that we were able to contribute to the program of the IHK event and to have had the opportunity to present ourselves there.

We are taking great strides towards market introduction and put our vision into practice every day. Without your support, much of the progress would not have been possible. Therefore, we would like to say THANK YOU once again and invite you to continue to support us.

Best greetings,

Your Meadow Robotics team

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
