Dear Companists,

It was a great week for our small team at Pumperlgsund in Munich. At 12 p.m. last Tuesday it was time: The starting shot was fired at Companisto and we went live. Every hour, we updated our Companisto page with tears of joy in our eyes. € 100,000 after 5 hours and € 280,000 after only 7 days. Wow, we still can't believe it.  Now we want to reach the targeted investment of €1 million by the end of August. Can we do this? Sure! Because we have good news. But read for yourself ...

Let's go - A professional sales department is now being built!

We will receive the first capital share at the end of August. This means we can step it up now: We are currently scheduling appointments with the buyers, preparing professional sales documents, and launching a newsletter for the supermarket branches. We also need a good trade fair stand for the first REWE goods exchanges in September. These are Rewe's internal in-house exhibitions which we are invited to. There we meet the independent merchants who own the supermarkets. They decide what is listed and when. The more professional we are, the more trust we gain, the more likely we are to get a listing. We're sure we'll make it. You, too? Then keep your fingers crossed for us!

Pssst – something is brewing ...

We've got reinforcement. Possibly! Or, hopefully. We have been working on a partnership with a very well-known social media influencer for 2 years. She has over 3 million followers on her Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels. Yesterday we received her confirmation by email and are now drafting the contracts. However: The ink is not yet dry and we should not celebrate too early! A little excitement never hurts though ;-) Who is it? You'll find out as soon as the contract is signed.

You're not sure whether you should invest it yet? Our advice is: Invest now quickly and snatch one of the few remaining premiums.

Best greetings from Munich,

Fabian & Jan

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
