Caterna Reaches Funding Threshold and Launches Performance Marketing Project

Dear Companists,

We are very pleased to have crossed the investment threshold of EUR 100,000 after all on Sunday. Upon reaching the threshold, the contracts go into effect and existing investments do not have to be refunded. This was made possible by a fantastic final spurt last week. We thank you very much for this and can now carry out the first steps.

Upon reaching the threshold, our investment deadline has also been extended. This means that our campaign will run for at least another two months during which we will keep you up to date on new developments and activities.

Implementation of Investment Level 1

We will now launch the first performance marketing project according to plan, since we will now receive the investments raised so far. We will use these to make a few changes to our website to ensure that the conversion process is well-established to provide interested parents quick access to the Caterna therapy. Then we will define interesting pilot regions and will launch the first campaigns.

In this respect, we are looking for support for our team. If you know someone with experience in performance marketing and who is excited about our project, let us know as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you.

For now, we will set about the implementation.

Naturally we will continue to work on increased acceptance, especially with health insurance companies, to convince them that we help children and parents with this issue. We hope to be able to present the next health insurance company to you soon. We are still waiting for the last details to be finalized.

In the meantime, we will continue to keep you up to date and hope that many more Companists will join us in helping the affected children.

Best greetings,

Michael Scherrer

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
