Dear Companists,

Radio is an important everyday companion for seniors. That's why we also want to make radio offers accessible via the Nepos Tablet. As part of our search for suitable content and marketing partners, we got into conversation with Tina Jäger. She is a member of the management board of Klassik Radio and was quickly convinced by the Nepos tablet:

Tina Jäger, Member of the Management Board of Klassik Radio about Nepos

Optimal supplement to the music streaming service "Klassik Radio Select"

Klassik Radio has an outstanding profile in the audio world: it is the strongest classic station in German-speaking Europe with 5.9 million listeners in Germany alone. Klassik Radio is also regarded as a pioneer in the digitization of radio. At the end of last year, the company launched its own music streaming service "Klassik Radio Select", which offers customized subscriptions for fans of classical music, opera, film music, jazz and lounge. Subscribers can choose between more than 100 channels, differentiated by genre, composer, light or heavy food and so on. This offer fits perfectly to our product. Therefore we are currently in close exchange with Tina Jäger about forms of cooperation.

68 percent of classical radio listeners are 50 years and older

Before we can support Klassik Radio in marketing their streaming service via the Nepos Tablet, Klassik Radio supports us. After all, the first step is to launch our product on the market. For this we still need people who believe in us and the product and are willing to invest in Nepos. 68 percent of classical radio listeners are 50 years and older. Many of them are risk takers and open to new ideas. Maybe some of you will hear the station now and then. If yes, don't be surprised if you hear my voice. In order to activate further investors, there are currently commercials on Klassik Radio for Nepos in which I present our product. Here is an example in german:

We are looking for long-term cooperation. A distribution of the tablets via Klassik Radio and the Klassik Radio Shop is currently being evaluated. The drawing of devices in the current program is also planned.

The future of radio is digital. Continue to help us to ensure that older people do not lose out in the digital age.

Many greetings

Paul

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
